Expres.mk published a conversation between three senior state officials over a tender funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). According to the news portal, the transcript and the recording have been published without any changes, just as it was delivered by whistleblowers.
In the conversation, there is a confirmation of several violations of the law, racist outbursts and discrimination against entire European nations by the Secretary General of the Government, Dragi Raskovski who called Italians “gypsies”
According to the law, Raskovski does not have any authority to speak or to decide on tenders of the M-NAV Joint Stock Company. The other member of the group is a close relative of Renata Deskoska, the Minister of Education.
Although the date for the tender expired in 3 days and interlocutors point out that in the conversation, they are aware that they violate the law, but went ahead anyways to reward the project to the Italian company.
