The Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia has responded to the announcement of the Basic Court Skopje 1 and considers the Court explanation of “independence and no interference in the judicial power” very much intended to conceal horrendous illegal activities by the Court involved in misuse and publishing of forged and inaccurate information.
– Do not hide your criminal responsibility behind your so called “independence of the court” where on the basis of forgery and untruthful content, constructing vicious lies and abusing the name of Macedonia’s president, you decided prison conviction orders and carry out detention policy. We point out that, just like the public we too saw the Court’s announced Detention Decisions and introduced forged contents to a document marked “strictly confiedential” which carries additional criminal responsibility for the Court and its officials, – the statement from the Presidential cabinet says.
The Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, as it is stated, has never reacted to a court decision/decisions.
“We think it’s about time, and in the interest of the EU, the standards that the country is seeking to fulfill, for the judiciary to not hide its own shortcomings behind supposed interference in its independence,” the reaction says.
The Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia is still expecting an answer to the request sent to the President of the Basic Court Skopje 1 Ivan Dzolev for response to the official note of the Ministry of Interior and UBK, which is false and forged, which gave away the information that president Ivanov’s cabinet is ilegally wiretapped.
The Court via the UBK provided forged documents as ‘evidence’ to jail DPNE officials Mile Janakievski and Kiril Bozinovski. In addition, in the Government’s rush to jail the two officials, the Court through their cooperation with Zaev’s UBK accidentally released a confidential document where it’s noted that Macedonia president’s office and residential villa is being wiretapped without his knowledge.
