The man who was too afraid to activate the army after the treasonous and illegal coup in Parliament, came out of hiding this morning.
Ivanov signed the amendments to the 2017 budget, proposed and pushed through Parliament by the SDS led majority.
The budget rebalancing act was voted in Parliament seven days ago and Ivanov waited until the latest possible moment to sign it, but did not use his veto rights. Following the signing, the budget will be published in the Official Gazette.
