Sadula Duraku, the UCK terrorist commander who used medieval siege tactics against the city of Kumanovo in 2001 when he cut-off water supply to the city, has been removed as Minister in charge of the environment and will now lead the yet another newly created Ministry, this one for Political System and Inter-Ethnic Relations.
Duraku, better known as Commander Ventili (ventil – water valve) for the 2001 siege, submitted a biography to Parliament, which is expected to vote on the proposals for the minor reconstruction on Wednesday. In his bio, Duraku cited his qualifications in order of importance:

– “Mikrosoft Ofis”
– communicating under stress
