Macedonia arrived in Bucharest, getting ready for its first match against Austria as part of the EURO 2020 Cup in five days time.
Macedonian players and fans absolutely despise the forced name change to “North” and have been crossing the name out across the city center in Bucharest.
UEFA apparently noticed this, and used MKD on the scoreboard in FC Steaua’s stadium where Macedonia is training.
