Business space in Skopje GTC Shopping center which has the best location a business can have is offered rent-free.
At first, people thought it was some sort of joke, but upon getting in touch with the owner of the location, he confirmed that indeed he is offering up the business space rent-free due to the fact multiple businesses before have all closed shop.
“At this point, I just want the new renters to pay the dues towards the GTC shopping center, since at the moment, all of those costs are coming out of my pocket. And yes, it’s rent free“
When someone offers a business space rent-free at the best location in the Macedonian capital, it’s a sure sign of just how terrible the local economy is.
