TV presenter will become Consul General of Macedonia in New York, US, reported the “zoom.mk” news portal.
Last night, at a closed (rushed) session where only a few officials were present, the government approved the proposal of the MFA’s Bujar Osmani for Besmira Ejupi to be sent as Macedonian Consul General in New York.
In the coming period, in consultation with the office of President Stevo Pendarovski, approval will be formally requested from the host country for the new consul.
Ejupi has been reported to be the mistress of a well known high ranking security official that reports directly to Pendarovski. A day later, no one has been bothered to tell Macedonia’s Mental Asylum aka the Macedonian Government that the Consulate is not in New York, but was relocated to New Jersey years ago.
