The Council of Public Prosecutors approved by majority votes the Government’s proposal for dismissal of Public Prosecutor Marko Zvrlevski.
Council president Petar Anevski confirmed the decision and added they would submit the opinion to the Government.
Afterwards, the dismissal motion is to be forwarded to the Parliament.
Despite the fact Zvrlevski refused to press charges against Zaev, the SDS still wants to ensure they have one of their own in charge of the prosecution office.
