Parliament’s attempt to pass a law to legalize thousands of properties built illegally on state land across the country is not an attempt to allegedly help the poor who have built houses on their great-great father’s land, but to legalize hundreds of massive structures illegally built on state land.
Many of these buildings which include dozens of hotels are built by SDSM & DUI politicians and mayors.
Case in point is the illegal structure below, built on state land by Agron Halimi in the Skopje suburb of Butel. Agron is the husband of Melikie Halimi, the SDSM Mayor of Aracinovo.
The massive structure shown below is owned by Zoran Zaev. It’s a massive hotel complex built in an exclusive location in Carevi Kuli, built illegally on state land.
Zaev has stolen land worth millions of euros and built hotel on top of it. Now, through Parliament, Zaev, assisted by DPNE wants to legalize the property below, and hundreds of other such properties that have sprung up across the country, including DUI’s illegal land grab in Struga and Ohrid, which includes the shores of lake Ohrid.
But that’s not all, another law cooked up the SDSM and DUI criminals in Parliament envisions those who have stolen state land to be able to “purchase” it for 1 euro per sq meter. So if you have stolen 10,000 sq meters normally worth in the millions, you can purchase your land grab for merely 10,000 euros! Both SDS and DUI assisted by DPNE want to legalize all of their criminal activities over the past 4-5 years. The law has absolutely nothing to do with “poor people” but with helping criminals keep what they have stolen, as shown in the photos below.
