Second Turkish soldier killed against Kurds in Syria

A second Turkish soldier has died in less than 24 hours in battles against the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) in the northwest Syrian canton of Afrin.

No details have been released as of yet where he was killed, but it comes just a day later after the first was killed.

The Turkish military and Syrian proxies are battling to expel the YPG, that they consider to be a terrorist organization, from Afrin canton.

This has also led to the capture of several Kurdish fighters as well.
