“We will not participate in amending the Constitution, you do not have a two-thirds majority, goodbye!” Parliament Speaker Trajko Veljanoski told SDS leader Zoran Zaev as he left the Constitutional Affairs Committee.
He said a very narrow government circle for reasons known only to them rushed to sign a horrible document with Greece without involving anyone in the opposition or experts.
Veljanovski added the people have spoken on September 30th.
