It appears that not a single person in the Macedonian Government speaks decent enough English to put a letter together. Macedonia’s Minister of Health Venko Filipce embarrassed himself after his letter to the Chinese Government was revealed online.
Jokes are already pouring in that “Zaev is Filipce’s English tutor” and “You can’t use Google Translate for official Government responses”…
