Zaev’s plane bound for Greece returns after take off

The Government’s plane carrying Zoran Zaev to the Solun’s regional summit returned to Alexander the Great airport after take-off due to an unspecified issue.

The Vecer daily reports that the plane took off as scheduled, but then unexpectedly returned.
Greece is hosting a summit which also includes Bulgaria, and the three Prime Ministers were expected to meet on Thursday and Friday.

The Greco-Bulgarian initiative comes days after Macedonia hosted a summit of the Mini Schengen initiative which also includes Serbia and Albania.
