There is a law in Macedonia that forbids an individual with mental and psychological challenges from holding a public office… the law is there…but there is no one to enforce it.
As a result, Zaev, or as he is locally known as IQ33, told a crowd today that Macedonia is a EU member, followed by some sort of gibberish that is impossible to translate into English, or Macedonian for that matter.
