Nick Pope, known for running the UK government’s UFO project died earlier this year and David Wilcock’s fans were left reeling amid speculations that the UFO expert had allegedly killed himself in Nederland, Colorado. This came after the news of a suicide near Ridge Road, in Boulder County.
While the individual was not initially identified by authorities, many noted that Wilcock stayed in the same area, sparking fears. Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna later confirmed the news of Wilcock’s demise on X.
“We just learned of the tragic passing of David Wilcock. We are praying for his family and loved ones and the millions of lives he impacted,” she wrote.
The shocking news of Wilcock’s death was ignored by major newspapers despite him being an accomplished author, film maker and producer whose career spent more than 25 years.
What happened to David Wilcock? Sheriff’s office on suicide
Fears about Wilcock began after a notification from Boulder County Sheriff’s Office. They were investigating a death near Ridge Road on April 20. “Boulder County Communications received a 911 call at approximately 10:44 a.m. Monday, April 20, 2026, regarding an unknown problem near the 1400 block Ridge Road, northeast of the town of Nederland,” the notification read.
Many noted that Nederland is where Wilcock’s house is also located. In the notification, the sheriff’s office further added “The emergency communications specialist who took the call suspected the caller was experiencing a mental health crisis.” Officers reportedly reached around 11:02am and tried to make contact with the male who was outside his residence holding a weapon.
“Within minutes of deputies’ arrival, he used the weapon on himself. He was pronounced deceased at the scene,” the statement also read.
Strangely, the police isn’t releasing the 911 call. Why not release this right away? Where is the body cam footage, why not release that as well?
“Deputies searched the residence and surrounding property and did not locate any other individuals. There is no known threat to the public. Detectives with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office responded and are conducting a joint investigation with the Boulder County Coroner’s Office. The official cause and manner of death will be determined by the Coroner’s Office,” it continued.
Millions of David Wilcock’s followers are not buying into the story. Many have posted on social media that he had a live Youtube show and was looking forward to another show the day before the alleged suicide. In addition, David himself had warned on numerous occasions that he would never commit a suicide, even once jokingly saying “they always make it look like a suicide, but I would never do such a thing“. If this isn’t disturbing enough, David’s biographer Wyn Free mysteriously died only two days before David’s passing.
Erich Von Danicken, the popular UFO researcher, author and David’s friend also died back in January of this year.
Not suspicious at all.
