Driver at Macedonia’s MFA caught trafficking drugs

Kjazim Brahimi, employed as a driver in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was caught by the Ohrid police on April 16 with drugs, which he was trying to transport to Skopje. He was caught with another individual in a Renault vehicle (SK7632AS) – an official vehicle of the MNR, reports mkd.mk.

As far as we know, the second person in the vehicle, Flamur Loga, was employed in the Ministry of the Interior (in the IT sector) and showed a diplomatic passport! He told the policemen that he was going to the airport.

The case is not reported in the MVR bulletin.

Obviously, due to the sensitivity of the case, there is no official information for this case. There are no official answers today to the questions sent to the MFA. Brahimi continues to work as a driver in the MFA.

What is even more interesting in the whole case is that it wasn’t until May 21 that the Ohrid police sent an official letter to the MFA in which they asked for an explanation as to whether the person named Kjazim Brahimi was officially engaged on that day (April 16) and whether he was driving the vehicle with a traffic warrant.

Since then, there has been silence throughout.
