Only 8 countries out of 27 that are members of the European Union have been invited to the Paris summit.
Despite EU’s Eastern Block being in top EU positions, none were invited. The UK, who is not an EU member, was invited. Estonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Greece, Hungary and other EU states who are often ignored on all important matters were not invited.
