The ICC has issued arrest warrants for Shoigu and Gerasimov. ICC statement reads both “allegedly responsible for the war crime of directing attacks at civilian objects.”
That came out of left field. Why?
My take…the ICC was told to do this so as to counter and distract from the Crimea beach attack. Also helps ICC win back favor from US following Netanyahu row. Timing matters. Understand what’s going on.
