Deputy Prime Minister for the Defense Industry Dmitry Rogozin accused the U.S. of orchestrating this attack on Russia’s nuclear missile warning facility in the Krasnodar region which is a crucial part of Russia’s nuclear command and control system.
MINAReport has reported on numerous occasions that American and British Officers using their technology stationed in Ukraine are striking Russian targets deep inside Russia.
