The SDS has announced wins in Delchevo, Kriva Palanka and Lozovo.
The SEC is refusing to update their website, despite the voting ending 3 hours ago. Results are being published from remote villages, but not from large cities. Should we expect for the SEC website go offline for the next 12 hours, like it during last elections?
