Here are the five main points offered to Kiev, as stated earlier today by Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov:
- No NATO membership for Ukraine, only a neutral status
- Restoration of all rights of the Russian population
- Restoration of the Orthodox church
- No possibility for the US and UK to use Ukraine as a proxy again!
- Liberated territories in Ukraine will remain Russian
This peace plan still envisions a state called Ukraine.
