The State Electoral Commission (SEC) called on all municipalities to provide the necessary technical conditions for the upcoming municipal elections which are scheduled on October 15th.
Municipalities are reminded that Friday is the last day to publish the locations and the prices for renting of billboards that can be used by the candidates, as well as for print and electronic media outlets to submit their fixed prices for political advertising blocks to the relevant institutions.
The deadline for municipal authorities to specify the locations for displaying of party posters expires on August 25th. SEC also reminded the political parties and would-be independent candidates that the deadline to submit their lists of candidates for mayors and councilors expires on September 14th.
