Solun Court will extradite Grujovski and Boskovski

A Soun court approved Friday the extradition of former Administration for Security and Counterintelligence (UBK) officials Goran Grujevski and Nikola Boskovski to Macedonia, MIA has reported from Athens.

Web portal Voria reports Grujevski and Boskovski have already appealed the decision to the Athens-based Supreme Court.

The two men were arrested in Solun on October 18 under a warrant issued by Macedonia’s new Government.

The two former secret police employees are indicted by the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) in connection to its cases codenamed Fortress, Fortress 2 and Target for illegal surveillance of communications.

    There is no such thing as “Solun court” – There is THESSALONIKI Court.
    And they have not approved any extradition to “macedonia”, as the Thessaloniki Court is already located in Macedonia.

    Probably, you are referring to the slavic petit-state of Monkeydonia.

    DRAFT UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTION

    The General Assembly,

    Taking into considerations that “the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, admitted into to the United Nations membership in 1993, by the Resolution 47/225, upon recommendation of the Security Council Resolution 817 (1993), had been until present day recognized by the enormous majority of United Nations members by its Constitutional name and that negotiations with Greece over the State’s name didn’t yielded in any outcome,

    Considering Articles 2 (particularly par.1,4,7) and 4(1) of the Charter of the United Nations,

    Heaving in mind also the General Assembly Resolutions 113/II of 1947 and 197/III of 1948, and particularly the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice delivered on 28 of May, 1948, relating to inadmissibility of preconditions for membership outside of the scope of the exhaustive conditions of Article 4(1) of United Nations Charter,

    Reaffirming that every state naturally has an inherent right to a name and that determination of the state’s names represent the subject of their sovereign domestic jurisdiction,

    Reaffirming also that state’s names, as a legal identity of international subjects is essential element of their juridical personality, and their statehood,

    For the purpose to resolve the long term unusual and unacceptable membership status of the state member of the United Nations, issue originated from the unusual admission resolutions stipulating preconditions outside of the scope of the exhaustive conditions of Article 4(1) of the Charter of the United Nations, and for the purpose to protect the order of the United Nations and particularly the legal representation in the United Nations System,

    Decides to extend the membership of the state provisionally referred as “the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” under its official constitutional name Republic of Macedonia.

    НАЦРТ РЕЗОЛУЦИЈАТА НА ОБЕДИНЕТИТЕ НАЦИИ

    Генералното собрание,

    Земајќи предвид дека “Поранешната Југословенска Република Македонија”, примена во членството на Обединетите нации во 1993 година, со Резолуцијата 47/225, по препорака на Резолуцијата 817 (1993) на Советот за безбедност, до денес беше признаена од страна на огромно мнозинство од членовите на Обединетите нации со неговото уставно име и дека преговорите со Грција во врска со името на држава не дадоа никаков исход,

    Имајќи ги предвид членовите 2 (особено пара. 1, 4, 7) и 4 (1) од Повелбата на Обединетите нации,

    Земајќи ги предвид и резолуциите на Генералното собрание 113 / II од 1947 и 197 / III од 1948 година, а особено Советодавното мислење на Меѓународниот суд на правдата доставено на 28 мај 1948 година, во врска со неприфатливоста на предусловите за членство надвор од опсегот од исцрпните услови од член 4 (1) од Повелбата на Обединетите нации,

    Потврдувајќи дека секоја држава природно има вродено право на име и тоа дека определување на имињата на државата претставува предмет на нивната суверена домашна јурисдикција,

    Потврдувајќи исто така дека имињата на државата како правен идентитет на меѓународните субјекти се суштински елемент на нивната правна личност и нивната државност,

    За да се реши долготрајниот невообичаен и неприфатлив членски статус на една членката на Обединетите нации, прашањето кое потекнува од необичните резолуции за прием во ОН со кои се утврдуваат предуслови надвор од опфатот на сеопфатните услови од член 4 (1) од Повелбата на Обединетите нации, а исто така и со цел да се заштити поредок на Обединетите нации, а особено правното претставување во системот на Обединетите нации,

    Донесе одлука да го продолжи членството на државата, привремено реферирана како “Поранешна Југословенска Република Македонија”, под нејзиното официјално уставно име Република Македонија.
