Kiev paid dearly for the sinking of the Russian landing ship Novotcherkassk a fortnight ago. Russia today launched its biggest offensive attack in Ukraine since the start of the war in 2022.
A total of 158 Russian missiles and drones hit countless military targets across the territory of Ukraine.
18 Tu-95 and Tu-22MS strategic bombers participated in the mass attack. The attack began early in the morning and continued until the afternoon. The Russian Air Force levelled two blocks of flats in the Smila district of Cherkasy a few hours ago. Reports speak of 51 damaged houses.
Ukrainian officials, V.Zaluzny himself and V.Zelensky admitted that this is the worst and biggest missile attack launched by Russia so far.

Shocked Ukrainian military leadership – 18 Strategic bombers and 158 rockets
Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat said the Russian attack was large-scale, intense.
“We have never seen so many targets on our radar at the same time,” he said.
According to Ignat, the Russian military launched all types of missiles, hypersonic “Kinzhal”, ballistic missiles, S-300 air defense missiles, cruise missiles, UAVs, as well as X-22 or X-32.
