The name of Jess Baily was removed from the US Embassy in Macedonia, and according to the latest Embassy post, it says Micaela Schweitzer-Bluhm is the new executive in the role of US Ambassador, which typically means her role is temporary until a new Ambassador is brought in.
Baily completed his job, Zaev has the mandate so he was perhaps immediately pulled from the country after the mandate was given.
