Krasimir Karakacanov is Bulgaria’s official negotiator with Macedonia on historical events.
During a 1.41 seconds of verbal diarrhea on a Bulgarian TV show in which he claims Macedonia was created in 1945, that Vardar was a champion of Bulgaria in 1943 (even though the club is formed in 1947), he then claimed an Anti-Bulgarian film “Third Half” was filmed in 2016, even though the film is made in 2012.
Karakachanov is certainly the right individual for Bulgaria to discuss historical events.
