PM Edi Rama has arrived at The Hague prison to meet with Kosovo’s former president Haxhim Thaci.
This was announced by him, through a video message posted on his official Facebook page, which shows a few moments from when the Albanian prime minister enters the prison premises in The Hague.
This visit comes at a time, when the court sessions at the Special Chambers will be taking place, for the following former UCK terrorist leaders, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
They are being held in custody since November 2020. The formal accusation against them includes war crimes charges.
All four former UCK terrorists turned US sponsored politicians including Hashim Thaci, have pleaded innocent to the charges presented against them.
