Dozens were reportedly killed Friday in Ukraine’s south after Russians shelled Ukrainian army barracks in Mykolaiv.
Ukraine’s army were still searching for survivors in the barracks Saturday. The site housed American, British and Canadian instructors and dozens of foreign mercenaries.
At least 60 people were killed in the attack, according to BBC News, although the death toll will likely rise. Reports showed at least one survivor being pulled from the rubble.
The Russians targeted the foreign mercenaries with two missiles at the barracks, the BBC reported.
Update: Over 90 foreign soldiers are confirmed dead so far. Mykolaiv mayor believes it could be over 200 under the massive piles of rubble.
